Chicken Kolli Wada

Ingredients 


Chicken - 1/2 kg or (cut t into strips wthout bone)
Soya Sauce - 1/2 tsp
Tomato Ketchup - 1 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Tumeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Cinnamon + Cloves (Lavang/Laung) Powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Food color - 2 pinch
Oil - 2 tsp
Coriander or Cilantro Chopped - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Cooking Method :


Mix all the ingredients together
Heat a kadai and fry .
